Panna Cotta with TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur

Ingredients:

  • 500ml heavy cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur
  • Fresh berries for garnish
Preparation:
  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the cream and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, squeeze out excess water from the gelatin, and add it to the cream mixture, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Mix in the TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur.
  4. Pour into individual serving glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve garnished with fresh berries on top.
