Panna Cotta with TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur
Ingredients:
- 500ml heavy cream
- 100g sugar
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 3 tablespoons TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur
- Fresh berries for garnish
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
- In a saucepan, bring the cream and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, squeeze out excess water from the gelatin, and add it to the cream mixture, stirring until dissolved.
- Mix in the TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur.
- Pour into individual serving glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve garnished with fresh berries on top.
