Customers agree to promptly provide information, including email address, credit card number and expiration date, so that Agile, Wine & Spirits can complete transactions and contact them as needed. RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, product returns are not accepted. In case of defective products, the SAQ will only reimburse bottles that are corked, of which no more than 25% has been consumed. Upon presentation of the SAQ Return receipt, Agile, Wine & Spirits will offer you a credit on agency fees, applicable on your next purchase. Note that private-import purchases are not eligible for the SAQ’s Inspire Program.

SHIPPING POLICY
a. HOME DELIVERY (Greater Montréal Area only)
Shipping fee: 12,50 $. Free delivery with the purchase of 3 cases or more. Orders delivered in 3 business days, unless notified otherwise.
b. SAQ IN-STORE PICK UP Free. Orders delivered to store in 5-10 business days. The SAQ will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Agile, Wine & Spirits endeavours to ensure that all the information on its website is correct, however Agile, Wine & Spirits does not take responsibility for any typographical errors or errors of omission that may occur.

LIMITATIONS OR REFUSE ORDERS
Agile, Wine & Spirits reserves the right to refuse any order placed with its website. The agency may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that an order is changed or cancelled, Agile, Wine & Spirits will attempt to notify the customer by contacting the e mail, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Agile, Wine & Spirits reserves the right to limit or refuse orders that appear to be intended for resale.
