L’Annunziata
L’Annunziata is an independently-owned, 5-hectare family winery located on the smooth hills between Langhe and Monferrato, near the town of Costigliole d’Asti, Piemonte. Having adopted organic and biodynamic agricultural practices, the winery’s stated mission is to produce high-quality traditional wines that tell the story the land, its history, traditions and ecosystem.
Working with typical indigenous varietals, like Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo and Freisa, as well as Moscato, Cortese and Arneis, L’Annunziata produces only D.O.C and D.O.C.G. wines, such as Monferrato Dolcetto, Barbera d’Asti Superiore and Moscato d’Asti. The winery also produces an organic “Monovitigno” Grappa made from non-pressed, single-vineyard grape skins.
