The fruit of a passion

Agricola Montenigo is a family business born from a passion for agriculture, the territory and natural products. The company owns over 30 hectares, of which only 4 are planted with olive trees and 9 with vines, whereas the rest is made of lush, green woods.

Rudi and Laura's countryside dream began a few kilometers from the center of Verona, in the territory of Valpolicella, with love and respect for this soft and lively land. The vineyard is located on a splendid hill in Montorio, 250 meters above sea level with a magnificent view of the surroundings of Verona.


Today, with the help of their son Giovanni, they manage the work in the vineyards and in the cellar in order to guarantee control over their high-quality products.

It is thanks to their commitment and dedication that were born their Valpolicella DOC and DOCG di Montenigo, all-natural wines that are low in sulphites. Montenigo is a member of the Vin Natur association and the vineyard has been certified organic since 2019.

Natural wines ferment spontaneously and mature in oak vats and terracotta amphoras. There is no presence of sulphites and the wines are unfiltered.

In addition to producing 100% organic wines, Montenigo produces Veneto Valpolicella DOP extra virgin olive oil, the quality of which has been recognised by the numerous awards and distinctions.
