Nestled in the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, the family-run vineyard Il Colle represents four generations of passion for viticulture and the production of premium Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Founded by Fabio and Gianna Ceschin and today led by their children Andrea, Francesco, and Sara, Il Colle combines tradition, innovation, and respect for the land to create refined, authentic, and sustainable wines.
The winery’s philosophy is rooted in strong traditions and a bold vision: careful vineyard management, innovative winemaking, and environmental preservation, all while highlighting the unique character of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, a UNESCO natural heritage site. Il Colle emphasizes hand-harvested grapes, collaboration with local small producers, and winemaking techniques that maintain the authentic and healthy character of its wines.

The Il Colle vineyards stretch across unique terroirs, protected by the Alps and moderated by the Venice Lagoon, allowing the Glera grape to express its truest character. Our flagship vineyards – Collalbrigo, Borgo America, Costa, and Follina – reflect the history and excellence of the region, where tradition, ideal microclimate, and ancient soils produce exceptional Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The Superiore di Cartizze, our flagship wine, exemplifies the perfect union of ancestral expertise and the region’s rich cultural and gastronomic heritage. Over 50 local small producers collaborate with us, preserving the art of hand-harvesting and the purity of the grapes, ensuring authenticity and top-quality wines.
The first wine to be launched in Quebec, the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, embodies this excellence. Made from 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Bianco, it is produced using the Martinotti method with 30-40 days of controlled-temperature autoclave maturation. Its pale straw yellow color with green hues, delicate aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers, and fineness of bubbles create a dry, harmonious, and well-balanced sparkling wine, perfect with seafood risotto or roasted fish. Serve at 6-8 °C to fully enjoy its freshness and elegance.
