This wine is produced from organic Merlot grapes from vineyards cultivated on the hills around Matelica where favorable climatic conditions promote an optimal maturation of the grapes’ aromatic and polyphenolic characteristics. Then at harvest time, the best grapes are hand-picked and carefully vinified allowing the exaltation of the fruity and slightly spicy aromas, typical of this grape variety. It is characterized by a soft, balanced taste, of good structure and flavour and with a pleasantly fruity finish.
