After careful vinification with spontaneous fermentation and maceration for approximately 5 days, the wine is aged for 9 months in exhausted barrels, then bottled without filtration or stabilization, and further aged in the bottle for an additional 3 months. With a dense color ranging from ruby red to purple, GEOS unveils intense aromas of red plum and cherry on the nose, evolving into hints of juniper and pepper, complemented by balsamic and pleasantly herbaceous nuances. On the palate, it is easy-drinking and fragrant, with a balanced body and concentration enhanced by vibrant freshness. Enjoy GEOS with flavorful dishes, roasts, and sauced dishes like "peposo dell'impruneta." It also pairs beautifully with savory mushroom risottos.
