DESCRIPTION
Light, pearly pink with shades of peach, this dry rosé from the sunny, breezy shores of Lake Garda exudes fruity and floral aromas with notes citrus and hints of herbs, like sage. Blessed with refreshing acidity and sapidity steeped in youthful fruitiness, this delightful Bardolino ends with a persistent citrusy finish. A very versatile wine, it can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif, or paired with appetizers like Caprese salad, carpaccio and prosciutto with figs, or with typical summer foods, such as fish, pasta in general, pizza, risotto, paella and grilled white meats. Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
