Soave Classico

Straw yellow with faint green highlights, this Soave Classico presents elegant floral aromas with notes of elderflower and acacia blossom, combined with hints of crisp, crunchy apples. On the palate, this dry wine offers appealing flavours of fruit with well-balanced acidity and hints of minerality. Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs very well with cold cuts (prosciutto, culatello or coppa), light summer dishes, and fish dishes in general. Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
