On the palate, the complexity and structure of Pinot Noir runs through an elegant balance of acidity, residual sugar and sapidity, leaving a long, fruity finish reminiscent of strawberries. Fine perlage adds a lovely touch of prestige. Serving temperature: 6-8° C.
