Organic white wine from Sicily, Italy
The Costa del Pero Grillo Sicilia DOC Organic by Tonnino is a pure expression of Sicilian Grillo, grown on the sunlit slopes of southwestern Sicily. This distinctive vineyard—once a wild pear orchard—benefits from marked diurnal temperature shifts, giving the wine its natural freshness, aromatic intensity and precision.
The wine opens with bright notes of white flowers, peach, pineapple, pink grapefruit and citrus, complemented by a subtle coastal salinity. On the palate, it is vibrant, structured and juicy, offering tension, depth and a refreshing, flavorful finish.

Origin & Winemaking
Sourced from the Poggioreale Estate and surrounding areas at 180–450 m elevation, this Grillo is hand-harvested in early September. Winemaking includes cryo-maceration followed by low-temperature stainless-steel fermentation. The wine is then aged 3–4 months on the lees in temperature-controlled cement tanks for added texture and finesse.
