Organic wine
This dry white wine is made from selected hand-picked Verdicchio grapes harvested in small organic vineyards established throughout the hilly region of Matelica. Aromatic notes of pear, citrus, jasmine and almond are carried by a very refreshing acidity and a touch of minerality. Enjoy on its own with savoury/salty bites, or pair with grilled fish/seafood and rich cheeses. Serve lightly chilled.
