Tiramisu with Walnuts and Nocello

Ingredients:
- 1 box of ladyfingers
- 350g of mascarpone cheese
- 10cl of Nocello liqueur
- 1 cup of strong coffee (espresso type)
- 300g of roughly chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 100g of powdered sugar
- 25g of unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:

- In a shallow dish, mix Nocello and coffee.
- In a large bowl, whisk egg yolks, powdered sugar, 250g of mascarpone cheese, and chopped walnuts until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
- Quickly dip half of the ladyfingers in the coffee-Nocello mixture and arrange them at the bottom of a deep dish or bowl.
- Pour half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
- Whisk the remaining mascarpone cheese with the unsweetened cocoa powder and spread this mixture over the top of the tiramisu.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
This Tiramisu with Walnuts and Nocello is a classic Italian dessert with a deeper, more mature flavor thanks to the Nocello liqueur and a bit of crunch from the walnuts.
