Flambéed Crêpes with TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur (France)

Ingredients:

  • 4 ready-to-eat crêpes
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 4 tablespoons TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur
  • Orange zest (optional)
Preparation:
  1. In a pan, melt the butter and sugar until a light caramel forms.
  2. Fold the crêpes into quarters and add them to the pan, ensuring they’re coated in caramel.
  3. Add the TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur and carefully flambé by slightly tilting the pan (exercise caution).
Serve immediately, garnished with orange zest if desired.
