Flambéed Crêpes with TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur (France)
Ingredients:
- 4 ready-to-eat crêpes
- 100g sugar
- 50g butter
- 4 tablespoons TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur
- Orange zest (optional)
- In a pan, melt the butter and sugar until a light caramel forms.
- Fold the crêpes into quarters and add them to the pan, ensuring they’re coated in caramel.
- Add the TOSCHI Fragoli Liqueur and carefully flambé by slightly tilting the pan (exercise caution).
