
Limoncello Tiramisu
Limoncello Toschi Desserts - Limoncello Tiramisu
Ingredients:
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp Limoncello Toschi
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Ladyfinger biscuits
- Lemon syrup (water + sugar + Limoncello)
Preparation:
Whisk egg yolks with sugar, then add mascarpone and Limoncello. Fold in stiff egg whites. Dip ladyfingers in lemon syrup and layer with cream. Chill for 4 hours.
Tip: Sprinkle lemon zest before serving for extra freshness.
